Preceding reviews mentioned the outdoor spigot not working - it can be still not working. Therefore the house bought plenty of sand in it.

The house layout is nice. Absolutely needs some paint, correcting up in several places and new home furnishings. The place was very clean and that’s what was most important to us. This house has an awesome location, it’s right within the beach. We really enjoyed our stay. The house needs some improvements and upgrades.
From the outside, the property looks a little “run down” compared to neighboring properties. But from the looks in the neighboring properties, they would be well outside of our price variety. The inside photos were accurate and everything worked fine.
